Change Management

Conducting change is a process that requires to understand and activate adapted levers. This session will take change managers through the process of people transformation and provide them with the tool to support change efficiently. Session covers change management theories (Kubler-Ross, Decision process, J. Kotter approach, emotional resonnance, agile project management) and support the developpement of change manager best practices.
