Team Management

This session is dedicated to help managers who took recently their role or are about to become a manager. It will support them in developping adapted attitudes to perform in their position. Cycle includes adopting and adapting its own style of management, leveraging on one’s team and learning efficient communication skills. It also provides practical tools to generate collaboration and efficiency with a team.
