Linksight is an Executive Coaching organisation striving to innovate, to be open minded and committed toward its clients.

Our Story

Linksite was created in 2017 by certified coaches who shared a common purpose to offer new perspectives and to support customers in building distinctive organization where people can thrive and realize their potential. We propose a framework where our clients are the subject of the transformation, support them in changing perspective and taking themselves and others seriously. We accompany executives, managers and teams in their roles as leaders in deep and sustainable transformations.

Our team

Our professionals are trained and certified to ensure a secure, confidential environment and to cultivate a qualitative, positive and open attitude.

Our fields of intervention are multiple: enhancing customer engagement, improving collaboration and team performance, managing complex personalities and facilitating organizational transformation projects.

We offer face-to-face or online coaching or training sessions. We adapt our interventions to the objectives and constraints of our customers. Our interventions are tailored to customer needs and may be individual coaching sessions, teams coaching, workshops or training modules.

In order to guarantee an efficient, caring and secure working framework, all our facilitators respect our ethical code.

Clients we have worked with.

Our clients to date belong to the transport, energy, banking, consulting, human resources and medical sectors. Our clients are start-ups and large companies from the CAC 40.

ALLISON GRANT

With a career divided between corporate management and managing start-ups, always looking to employ both experiences in the service of organizational development.

Extensive experience of working across cultures (bilingual French and English), and as a result, the ability to work with uncertainty and ambivalence.

HEC certified coach and trained in systemic coaching techniques, speaker on ethics in coaching and committed to enhancing leadership skills for women and a greater understanding of gender issues in the workplace.
